Take one of the Eastern Cantaloupes and peel away the rind. Cut it in half and scoop out the seeds, then dice into small cubes. Freeze until solid.
Peel and slice both bananas and freeze.
Take the remaining cantaloupe and cut both ends off. Then, cut in half directly down the center. Scoop out the seeds and set aside.
Add all ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth.
Pour into cantaloupe bowls and add toppings. Serve immediately!
